Canon Attack!

What a day! I enjoy the situation at Old Trafford, at Stamford Bridge too. The new signings at Old Trafford proved that my lovely club willingness to retain the title for the next season. After Nani, Anderson and Hargreaves another big name is about to be MU player, Carlos Tevez. If the coming of this player could be materialized means a boost for MU at attacking line. MU need to get ready to lose some aging players like Ryan Giggs, Scholes and some. Roy Keane case was a lesson for them, be ready before you lost. Now I can predict the next season ending, MU being the champion again and Chelsea would be next after Liverpool.

I can't wait to see the combination of the new signings with the existing players on the field. I am sure the team would perform better and hopefully could avoid injury ( takes time to recover). I would like to praise Sir Alex Ferguson for his brilliant, steering MU to successful club in the world. He is right to postpone his retirement a few years ago and it good for the club, the fan too.

For MU, Sir Alex and the fan of MU we are the CHAMPION for the next season 2007/2008!

Anderson, another 'bullet' in MU.

Another Brazilian brought into EPL, this time into MU club. He is young, fast, strong, skillful and got vision on the pitch. I watched him playing for Brazil against Mexico, they lost 0-2. He is great player, I hope he will play at the best level at Old Trafford. I read a news at Soccernet.com that he has given work permit by British Government, it is really a good news.

As a supporter of MU, I wish the club would have a good start this season with the new signings. The closest challenger for the coming season, Chelsea, still uncertain with new season line up. Robben moved to Spain, what a waste of talent and good player. The English duo, John Terry and Frank Lampard future at Stamford Bridge are still uncertain. They ask for more ( weekly pay, equal or more than amount paid to Michael Ballack and Andriy Schevenko [is it correctly spelt] about 130,000 pound!) Until now, no deal signed by these players with management. Lampard is lured by Barca since last season and they resume the bid for the new season.

I like this situation ( Chelsea camp ), if they lose Terry and Lampard, for sure it is a big blow for their preparation for the next season. And it is great news for supporters of MU like me. MU champion again for season 2007/2008!

Move to Barca, good for Thierry Henry.

What a relief, and of course a good news for me and the the whole Barca supporters. Henry has agreed to move out from Emirate Stadium, he deserved to play better club and his friend, Thuram. He has a bad luck with Arsenal for three consecutive seasons. It is the time for him to get new 'air' at Spain.

Since it is a good news, meaning another good season for Barca ( Season 2007/2008, coming. I can't wait to see him alongside Ronaldinho, Deco and Messi. Only if Frank Lampard can be added in the team, what a strong team Barca is. I hope the 'rumours' would come true. If it is so, Chelsea will suffer, as they might lose Drogba, John Terry. Arjen Robben has agreed to move to Spain. What happened to this club? Millionaire without brain!

Well, Real Madrid has to put this matter into their consideration after losing Beckham to LA Galaxy. The sacking of Capello is a kind of expected decision by fans ( Real is my second favourite team after Barca, sorry!). Who cares about them, Barca is the best, the champion for the next season of La Liga.

The Real Champion!

Another league end its season, 2006 - 2007, La Liga. Real Madrid managed to win the title after winning the final game. What a great game, I can say that Sir Alex was wrong to offload Ruud Van Nistelroy from MU. He is a great player, I like him and missed his appearance at EPL. He is a leading goal scorer in La Liga for the season, only if he still at Old Trafford.

Anyway, I still wish Barca will do better next season, they are better side than Real. They have striking force lead by Eto'o, to say great names in the squad like Ronaldindo, Deco, Thuram and others. The manager, Rijkaard, did his work as expected. It was a hiccup in the middle of the season when there were injuries and controversy landed on the club. They only lost to Real on 'goal difference', they shared the point. It was a dramatic win for Real, being a champion after few seasons and lost Beckham ( wrong evaluation by Real management ) to LA Galaxy. He was among influential players for the win.

Forget the past, gear up for the new season. Real will start badly next season.

Start of the new season of EPL 2007 - 2008

It is quite interesting that the new season of EPL 2007 - 2008 going to kick off soon. I can't wait to see my favourite players like Christiano Ronaldo, Scholes, and others to show their skills on field. EPL is merrier than other football tournament in the world, may be because of the spectators allowed to place their bet (legally) on their team and the seats never unoccupied.

Mu first game is against Bolton, it is an away game. I hope Mu can get better result for this first game, a win and more goals. When Owen H can be a part of MU team? He is a good player, skillful and fit to the position left by Roy Keane, holding midfielder. The vacancy of this position has cost MU lost to Milan in UEFA Championship recently. Milan able to play ball in the middle, slow the game. Meanwhile, MU doesn't have players ( midfielder who can play the ball/slowing the game down before making counter attack; they play 'direct' football). Milan allowed more room to create more convincing game by having player like Gatusso.

Hopefully, Owen will be the answer for this. My support for Mu never fade, the new season 2007-2008 will be won by MU again.

R Zaragoza 2 - R Madrid 2!

What a result! Real Madrid's dream of Spain league title is two or one game away, but I don't like this situation because I love Barca, it is my favourite team in Spain. Unlucky for Barca was held (2-2) at home by Espanyol, they can't beat Espanyol. I hope they can do something to deny Real Madrid the title, Barca must win the last two games.

When I watched a live telecast of La Liga on tv, I wonder why there were less spectators at stadium compared to EPL. But, Real Madrid is still richer than MU. Spectators made a game (football) more enjoyable, the players get entertained too - encouraged them to play better.

After the La Liga closed its curtains no more league to be watched on tv, a bit lonely without football. I hope Barca could win the La Liga title again, go Barca!

I can't wait to see my favourite EPL club, MU to start the new season, they might have new faces in the squad. This is good for the club and chances to excel in Europe.

My Team goes to Indonesia!

Does it a good news for football in our region? For me, personally, it is a good and fruitful idea for the 'inventor' of this program. He made a good return from this program in Malaysia, so, he expand his 'money-rake' machine to another Asean country, then, may be more Asean countries after this.

Did the program produce talented players as planned? The team in local league was represented by 'regular' players ( non-my team 'pure' players ). If the question is, did the program make more money for the organizer? The answer is, sure, 100% sure. Because of money, the art in football was neglected, money has ruled the game. The worst thing is, the players are lured by money to play.

Politician is politician, they never became a good manager but can be a good speaker. They realize another party's weaknesses never theirs, move forward when there's way. If they are allowed to kill our football, our football won't go anywhere. Someday, they might use football as 'weapon' against their opponents.

In our football development, we need every district for each state to hold age-level competition. The budding players can be identified, make it more fairer.

Money as factor in football

I am Malaysian who love Manchester United so much, I wonder when am I going to love my national team? They need to prove that they are worth to be loved, so far they failed to make me happy with their performance. They lack in skills and 'commitment' on the field, unfortunately they/the players will perform better for their respective club, so weird.

I missed players like Mokhtar Dahari, Soh Chin Aun and others who played for Malaysia. Technically, present players should be better, they got better coaches, more than sufficient wage, and better living. In the 60's and 70's, players were playing for states ( less clubs by that time ) and wage was little sum of money. They still can perform better, especially when they represent our country. They need to undergo motivational camp.

Unlike our national players, MU players who represent various countries still perform better for their respective countries. The are well-paid, even better than our players. What the difference? They might not eat rice as our players do.

The clubs might should be abolished, players play for their respective states only. Clubs competition held in state level. It is a stage to recruit state players, like practiced in the past, much better.
